Co-design &
capital stack
The Community Movement Commons hired Ariel at a critical inflection point - having purchased a property with 90 days to discern whether development on the property was a reality. Ariel managed agendas, built the initial capital stack, and produced decision trees that helped reach agreement about co-investment designs, shared fundraising structure and fallback plans. She also led the search for the group's Capital Campaign Consultant.
CURRICULUM & Theory of Change
Tasked with developing a five-year programmatic arc for Lenny Zakim Fund grantees, Ariel completed a research-based field scan and interviewed multiple stakeholders. She prepared a report outlining recommendations, as well as a framework for rotating curricular topics addressing grantee's greatest needs. Ariel was re-hired to support Theory of Change work and implementation.
